| The mission of Tech Venture Business Network (TVBN) is to establish a networking forum for high-tech professionals and investors with interests in technologies, entrepreneurship, venture investment, as well as related business connections. TVBN was founded by Dr. Hong-Tai Chou, Constance Chang, and YuFu Lin. TVBN was incorporated by Dr. Chou as a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation, operating as a Charitable Education Foundation to serve the general public in the high tech industry. TVBN is granted tax exempt status as an IRC 501(c)(3) organization, recognized by Internal Revenue Service and Franchise Tax Board of California. |
